Introduction
Telchac Concept House is a beautifully designed 4 bedroom home located right in the mayan coast. Telchac Yuc. to be more precise. This residence also includes a full bar, kitchen, living room, gym, massage room and full service wing, plus an infinity pool and terrace.
Role
At FORMM we accepted the challenge of crafting a unique and luxurious experience at the beach, making sure that all accommodations were met for even the most demanding of clients.
Highlights
Conservation of site tree: We made sure to not only conserve a large tree present in the site, but make it the main highlight of the residence, making the tree a part of the comunal area and a center piece of the interior-exterior social area.
Views: Utmost attention was placed in making sure that every single room in the residence felt like it blended into the outside, thus a focus on strategically placed glass panels makes the residence feel open and warm, just like the beach outside.
Attention to detail: Every cm of designed space has been meticulously crafted to feel unique and to have a special "feature" at FORMM we don't believe in the mundane experience, we believe said experience must be dynamic and achieved through dynamic spaces.
Lighting and shading: Lighting was used strategically to create shadows both on the balconies, the entrance and most importantly our iconic tree.
