Located in the traditional neighborhood of San Carlos, this remodel presented a unique challenge due to its tight urban lot and existing structure. The project focused on maximizing space efficiency while creating a contemporary façade that brought a fresh, clean identity to the residence. Stone cladding, modern steel details, and carefully designed openings allowed the house to blend privacy with natural light. Inside, new design elements and material finishes transformed the home into a modern and functional space tailored to urban living.
