Brief Description:
This residence was built within a private gated community in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, based on an exterior design provided by a third-party architect. Our role focused on the complete construction, ensuring high-quality execution and fidelity to the original design concept. The façade combines clean geometric volumes with contrasting textures such as exposed stone, smooth plaster, and bold accent colors, resulting in a strong modern identity. Inside, natural light and green spaces were carefully integrated through courtyards and garden features, bringing warmth and a sense of openness to the interiors. The project stands as an example of precision in construction and collaboration, delivering a functional, modern family home with a distinct architectural character.
