Brief Description:
The Lensgraf residence in Mérida’s historic center was envisioned as a hybrid between a private home and a boutique Airbnb. Designed and built by our team, the project carefully balances contemporary architecture with heritage-inspired details. Traditional elements like pasta tile floors, high wood-beamed ceilings, and chandeliers were restored and reinterpreted, while modern interventions introduced bold geometric volumes, a sculptural spiral staircase, and expansive glazing. The layout integrates private residential spaces with guest accommodations, creating a flexible property that embodies both comfort and hospitality. With its poolside courtyard and thoughtful blend of old and new, the residence highlights Mérida’s architectural richness while offering a modern lifestyle experience.
