Brief Description:
Designed and built in the fast-developing town of Cholul, the Cebada Residence reflects a modern approach to suburban living in Yucatán. The home is arranged around a central courtyard and terrace, allowing social spaces to extend seamlessly outdoors while ensuring privacy from the street. Strong linear forms, white plaster volumes, and black steel detailing define the architectural language, complemented by natural stone cladding that adds warmth and local character. Large glazed panels maximize natural light and ventilation, while the interior features a minimalist aesthetic with custom millwork, a floating kitchen bar, and integrated shelving for efficient, modern living.
