Brief Description:
The Bicimaya project involved the transformation of an existing industrial building into renewed corporate offices with a strong commercial presence. The façade was redesigned with a clean, modern geometry and large arched windows that bring in abundant natural light while projecting solidity to the Periférico. Interiors were fully remodeled to create bright, flexible office areas, new circulation flows, and updated service areas. The project achieved a professional and contemporary corporate image while improving functionality for daily operations.
